Privacy
Your data stays yours. We never sell it and we don't hide behind confusing settings.
What we collect
Your account info, the financial account and transaction data you connect or enter, and the profile answers you give us (income band, credit score range, goal). Bank credentials are handled entirely by Plaid — we never see them.
Who touches your data
- Plaid — connects your bank and card accounts
- Supabase — stores your data, encrypted
- Stripe — handles subscription payments
- Google (Gemini) — sees merchant name + amount to categorize transactions, never your identity
- Anthropic (Claude) — generates weekly briefings from your financial summary, under a pseudonymous ID
What we never do
We never sell your data. We never share it with advertisers. Card recommendation partners get a click event with a pseudonymous ID — nothing else.
Taking your data with you
Your data is yours, in a file you can open. Export downloads one JSON file with every row we hold for you — accounts, transactions, categories, budgets, holdings, margin loans, recurring streams, month-end closes, and your profile answers. Amounts are in cents. Bank credentials and Plaid access tokens are never included, because we never see them.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account any time — from Settings, or export first and then delete. Plaid connections are revoked immediately and all your data is fully removed within 30 days.
